Overview

An internal project management tool built to replace ad-hoc task tracking in spreadsheets. Inspired by Plane.so and Jira, it gives small teams a structured workflow without the complexity overhead of enterprise tools.

Kanban board with drag-and-drop task cards

Context

Built during the role at Poseidon Distribution OPC as a learning exercise after working with Plane.so for sprint management — the goal was to understand how modern project management UIs are constructed under the hood.
